Yoga for kids is an excellent way for children ages K- 5 grade to experience movement, music, breath awareness and meditation. The instructor will guide the class through a specific set of poses designed to relax to mind, improve focus, and have a WHOLE lot of fun! Parents are welcome to join us.
Classes are twice a week…Thursdays at 2:00-3:00 pm and Sundays at 6:00-7:00 pm from June 23 to August 28, 2016
