In a fast-paced, stressful world we often lose awareness of the important connection between mind and body. Beyond the improved muscle tone, flexibility, strength and stamina, Taking time to create space for yourself, to breathe, and cultivate the flow of Pranic energy, that all-important life force that keeps us healthy and alive, is essential for the peaceful harmonious lifestyle we all seek.
Intro to Yoga – Monday evening at 7:30pm
First-timers as well as experienced asana students alike will enjoy this foundational class. Join us for a brief overview of yoga’s history, its true purpose, and the 8 yogic limbs. We’ll explore first hand pranayama,finding stability in foundational poses, meditation and more! All aspiring yogi’s need this class. Sign up today for this all important experience!
Vinyasa Flow – Tues. 11am-12pm, Wed. 9:30-10:30am, Thurs. 11am-12pm and Fri. 9:30-10:30am
Connect to your breath and move fluidly from one pose to the next as you cultivate strength, balance, and peace.
Yin Yoga – Tues. 7:45-8:45pm, Thurs. 7-8pm
Slow down with this quiet practice that targets the deeper connective tissue. Each pose is held for 3-5 minutes with the aim of increasing circulation and overall flexibility. You will leave feeling calm and relaxed.
Non-Member Drop In $15.00 per class with online registration
Member Drop In $10.00 per class with online registration
