Learn how to plan and plant a wildlife garden that won’t annoy your neighbors or break your Home Owner Association rules. Peggy Krapf is a VCE Master Gardener and Certified Member of the Virginia Society of Landscape Designers. Her award-winning garden designs have been prized by homeowners on the Peninsula for over 30 years.
