The Fitness Court was funded by a grant from the Williamsburg Health Foundation to provide free access to high-quality workouts and create equitable access to exercise for citizens in James City County. A Certified Personal Trainer will conduct open orientations at the Fitness Court and will demonstrate and explain the seven exercise stations that use body weight for workouts. Stay fit and get your body moving without heading inside a gym and enjoy the sunshine and fresh air. Users are encouraged to download the free Fitness Court App in the Google Play or Apple App store.
