Special Event: Secrets of the Chocolate Maker

Doesn’t everyone love chocolate? Well, for those of us that do especially in cooking hop on over to this presentation. It is included in your museum ticket, Good Neighbor Pass and Annual Pass staff will show and discuss how chocolate was used in 18th-century recipes and learn about the work involved in making it — roasting, shelling, and crushing the cocoa beans, then flavoring with spices.
