Beyond the improved muscle tone, flexibility, strength and stamina, Taking time to create space for yourself, to breathe, and cultivate the flow of Pranic energy, that all-important life force that keeps us healthy and alive, is essential for the peaceful harmonious lifestyle we all seek.
Intro to Yoga – Monday evening at 7:30pm
First-timers as well as experienced asana students alike will enjoy this foundational class. Join us for a brief overview of yoga’s history, its true purpose, and the 8 yogic limbs. We’ll explore first hand pranayama,finding stability in foundational poses, meditation and more! All aspiring yogi’s need this class. Sign up today for this all important experience!
Vinyasa Flow – Tues. 11am-12pm, Wed. 9:30-10:30am, Thurs. 11am-12pm and Fri. 9:30-10:30am
Connect to your breath and move fluidly from one pose to the next as you cultivate strength, balance, and peace.
Yin Yoga – Tues. 7:45-8:45pm, Thurs. 7-8pm
Slow down with this quiet practice that targets the deeper connective tissue. Each pose is held for 3-5 minutes with the aim of increasing circulation and overall flexibility. You will leave feeling calm and relaxed.
