Sept 1: The Endurance (2002): Liam Neeson narrates an inspiring documentary about Ernest Shackleton’s 1914 expedition to Antarctica and his crew’s survival despite a ship crushed by pack ice and an 800-mile sea voyage by open boat. 1 hr 32 min (G)

Sept 8: The Sheep Detectives (2026): When a shepherd (Hugh Jackman) is found dead one morning, his loyal flock of mystery-loving sheep discern that he has been murdered and realize that it’s up to them to identify the killer and bring him to justice. This charming mystery/comedy directed by Kyle Balda stars Patrick Stewart, Brett Goldstein, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, and Bryan Cranston. 1 hr, 49 min (PG)

Sept 22: Michael (2026) The early life and career of Michael Jackson from his time as the lead singer of the Jackson Five until his spectacular rise as a solo performer with the release of the hit album, Thriller. Sept 29: The Choral (2025) During WWI, a demanding choral conductor (Ralph Fiennes), under suspicion for his German connections, struggles to stage an oratorio in a Yorkshire village that is losing its young men to the draft.
