Description: Join The Christmas Shop in Merchants Square for a special, first-ever “Meet the Maker” event featuring renowned Virginia artisan Glenn Crider of TRC Designs, Inc.
A self-taught, traditional nutcracker craftsman since the 1980s, Mr. Crider’s work is featured in institutions across the country, including the Smithsonian Postal Museum and the Leavenworth Nutcracker Museum. The Christmas Shop has proudly carried his handcrafted ornaments and nutcrackers since 2017 and has recently added his traditional smokers to their collection!
Stop by to meet the artist in person, learn about his craft, and get your locally sourced nutcrackers, ornaments, and smokers signed, just in time for the holiday season.
