Sprint for Syngap | The Mora & Qusay 5K race will take place on April 25, 2026 in Colonial Williamsburg. This purpose-driven event brings runners, families, and community together in support of CURE SYNGAP1 and its mission to advance research and awareness for SYNGAP1-related disorders. Through this event, we are helping move research forward and creating hope for effective treatments and, ultimately, a cure. Runners and walkers welcomed!
