Yorktown Market Days – Fun in the Sun Market

This Saturday is a special Fun in the Sun Market! Celebrating all things summer with outdoor games, ice-cold drinks; the season’s freshest produce, like tomatoes, corn, watermelon, and squash; sea-inspired art; and so much more. 

You will find around about 50 vendors set up by the York River from 8 a.m. to 12 p.m. with seasonal produce, fresh baked goods, meats, fresh-cut flowers, handmade soaps and candles, gourmet dog treats, and a beautiful display of work from local artists and artisans.

8 a.m. – 12 p.m.

• Family lawn games
• Bubbles 
• Kids’ Craft
• Photo Station

9 a.m. – 12 p.m.

• One Love Caribbean Steel Drum Band performs on the Riverwalk Landing Stage.
• Balloon artist 
• Inflatable Games for Children

10 a.m.

• The Fifes and Drums of York Town perform.

10 – 11 a.m.

• Oatnut Energy Bites cooking demonstration with the Persnickety Crane Cafe.

The free, accessible Yorktown Trolley will be running at 10 a.m.
