Sharks in the Park participants meet at York River State Park for VIMS’ Sharks in the Park program, in which participants will learn about the anatomy and ecology of modern and ancient sharks, as well as effects of fishing on shark populations.

VIMS’ Sharks in the Park participants will learn about the anatomy and ecology of modern and ancient sharks, as well as effects of fishing on shark populations. This hands-on program, hosted by York River State Park, is open to adults and children ages 8 and up (children must be accompanied by an adult). No charge. Registration Required.
