Tyke Hike – Discovering Birds Feb. 13
Byadmin
York River State Park
Feb. 13, 2016
10am -12 noon
Is your two to four year old ready for a hike of their own? Would he or she like to learn the basics about birds? Our friendly neighborhood park ranger will lead families around Woodstock Pond and point out song birds, waterfowl, and wading birds. With a little luck, we may even see a bald eagle. The hike will be a little under a mile with two hills to navigate. By all means, bring snacks and water. Dress for the weather (which could be anything). Please call 757-566-3036 to register. Parking is $4 per vehicle.
