Once upon an enchanted evening in Historic Yorktown, the little village comes alive with the magic of the holiday season. Enjoy twinkling lights, holiday carols, roasted chestnuts, strolling musicians, and more!
Guests can marvel at an ice carving demonstration, make holiday crafts, visit with Santa Claus, and take a festive Trolley ride during this family-friendly event. If you’re still searching for the perfect gift for that hard-to-buy-for relative, stop by one of our talented artisans or the Gallery at York Hall. Wrap up your shopping while enjoying all the enchantment Historic Yorktown has to offer – at night!
The Yorktown Trolley will be running from 5 to 9:30 p.m. during this event.
The evening’s events:
5 p.m.
- The Fifes & Drums of York Town perform.
5-8 p.m.
- The Custom House is open to visit.
5-9 p.m.
- Visit a nativity scene with live animals.
- Kids, make reindeer food for Rudolph and his friends.
- Enjoy roasted chestnuts (while supplies last).
- Luminaries will line the streets.
- It will be snowing on Main Street!
- Take a festive Trolley ride!
- The Nelson House is open to visit.
- Meet Santa in York Hall.
- Enjoy holiday shopping from local vendors and artisans.
- Watch The Muppet Christmas Carol on the outdoor movie screen!
5:30-7 p.m.
- The Liberty Dolls will perform.
- The Dickens Trio performs in York Hall.
6-7:30 p.m.
- The Doorway Singers perform.
6-8 p.m.
- Marvel at the ice carving demonstrations by York Hall.
7-8:30 p.m.
- The Colonial Singers perform.

The Fifes and Drums of York Town will kick off the event. Kids (young and old) can make crafts, admire a live nativity scene, or visit Santa so they can share what they desire for Christmas. Shop for ornaments or last-minute Christmas gifts from local artists. Sip on hot drinking chocolate or mulled wine, and enjoy the live performances. The Yorktown Trolley will be running from 5 to 9:30 p.m. for your convenience! More info.
