Hampton Roads Academy’s Middle School presents Honk! Jr. Hans Christian Andersen’s classic tale of The Ugly Duckling has been transformed into a modern musical comedy event that is fun for the entire family. It tells the story of Ugly, whose odd, gawky looks instantly incite prejudice from his family and neighbors. Along his journey to acceptance, he discovers his true worth, beauty and belonging. Honk! Jr., with all its wonderful humor, charm and message of tolerance is perfect for all ages!
