USAF Heritage of America Band kicks off the Free 2023 Summer Breeze Concert Series at Colonial Williamsburg
USAF Heritage of America Band on Monday, July 3, 2023 from 7:30 pm – 8:45 pm
The 2023 Summer Breeze concert series will kick-off on Monday, July 3, in celebration of the Nation’s 247th birthday with The United States Air Force Heritage of America band performing patriotic favorites as part of the popular pre-July 4th Community Appreciation Day events. The concert will be from 7:30 – 8:45 p.m. on the lawn of the Art Museums of Colonial Williamsburg. It is free to attend and open to the public.
The rest of the season of The Summer Breeze outdoor concert schedule has not been released yet but it has been made public that they will have a “reimagined format” and will include “an eclectic lineup of Americana, blues, country and brass bands curated in association with the Virginia Arts Festival”. In addition, watch out for music ensembles and soloists that will perform on different evenings during the summer in Merchants Square; so you can shop, dine and enjoy live music all in one spot.
The Series, which began in 1992, is supported by Colonial Williamsburg’s Merchants Square and the City of Williamsburg. Concerts are free and open to the public. Guests are encouraged to bring their own chairs and picnic blankets and to have a great time!
