Williamsburg Whiskey & Wine Weekend – July 10-12

Welcome to a Williamsburg weekend of whiskey and wine-centered events, July 10-12, 2026! Indulge in three days of tastings, classes, tours, live music, and more.

Featured events include:

• A guided tasting of Virginia’s best wines with award-winning winemaker Matthew Meyer hosted by the Blue Talon Bistro,
  
• A free stand-up comedy showcase featuring Brett Kline, Heather Joyce, and Randolph Washington Jr. after hours at the Merchants Square illy Caffé,

• Events at Copper Fox Distillery including Bones & BBQ and live music by Ami Baker, 
  
• A “design your own wine goblet” paint and sip event hosted by Paint on Pottery,
  
• A free screening of the film Under the Tuscan Sun,
  
• Special wine and mead tastings hosted by local businesses including Three Sisters Boutique and Brick & Vine, and
  
• Unique themed meal, drink, and shopping specials hosted by locations including the DoG Street Gastro Pub, Revolution Golf and Grille, and The Peanut Shop of Williamsburg.

Events are taking place at a dozen locations throughout the City of Williamsburg. Some are ticketed or require reservations, and others are free and open to walk-in guests.

Guests will also have the opportunity to earn a commemorative wine and whiskey themed gift by checking in to participating locations throughout the City. To participate, guests may pick up a pass card at the Williamsburg Whiskey & Wine info tent that will be stationed in Merchants Square throughout the weekend. 

The main sponsor of the weekend is the City of Williamsburg, and the event is being produced by AVAdventure Productions, a Williamsburg production company.
