Celebrate the season with a cozy buffet at Traditions in the Williamsburg Lodge. Begin your evening with a complimentary tableside grazing board and a festive children’s mini buffet before enjoying a comforting selection of soups, salads, and hearty entrées. Highlights include citrus-brined seared chicken breast, grilled honey ginger salmon, cottage pie with parsnip and kale whipped potatoes, and vegetable penne pasta with smoked tomato sauce. The chef’s carving station features mustard brown sugar glazed ham with spiced apple butter and mini sweet potato biscuits.
Round out your meal with seasonal sides like whipped sweet potatoes with gingerbread crumble, sautéed vegetables, and creamy mac and cheese, followed by bread pudding with caramel sauce and assorted holiday desserts.
