Sign up for a scenic 5K that winds through the grounds of Colonial Williamsburg and the College of William & Mary before ending on Prince George Street. 5K runners will be led the Fife & Drum team to the starting line and then run a beautiful course through Colonial Williamsburg and William & Mary. If you haven’t tried our run before, it’s spectacular this time of year.
Bring the kids, the stroller, the whole family, and get your holiday off to a great start, you can burn off some of those calories before Thanksgiving Dinner even happens!
Yes, there is a Kids’ Fun Run and it starts at 8 am, before the 5 K.
The race starts at 8:45 and a Kid’s One Mile Fun Run precedes the 5K, starting at 8:00.
The Blue Talon Turkey Trot started in 2006 in hopes of providing an opportunity for the community to come together on a great, family holiday and help support local charities. Over the past 18 years, the race has grown and has raised the more than $450,000 for different charities! The Blue Talon Bistro Turkey Trot has become the most notable race in the region, on the most popular running day of the year!
