Annual Butterfly Festival in Williamsburg Botanical Garden – Aug 3rd & 4th – details:

FIFTH ANNUAL BUTTERFLY FESTIVAL AND PLANT SALE IN THE WILLIAMSBURG BOTANICAL GARDEN

Freedom Park
August 3 & 4, 2019
9 am – 4 pm

Bring the whole family to experience the Williamsburg Botanical Garden’s 5th Annual Butterfly Festival at the Williamsburg Botanical Gardens at Freedom Park on August 3th and 4th, from 9:00-5:00 both days.

This festival has several parts, but the main and most exciting focus will be two butterfly tents with hundreds of butterflies. These tents and butterflies will offer a wonderful opportunity for both children and adults to see hundreds of native butterflies close up.  To educate and entertain the whole family, there will also be children’s crafts and educational programs for all ages of butterfly enthusiasts throughout the two days. Speakers’ topics will include raising Monarchs, butterflies and plants they need, and other interesting topics.
