Public Auction in Market Square in Colonial Williamsburg
Enjoy a friendly battle with your peers to claim objects of distinction during the Public Auction, which will take place by the Market House at 1 p.m. No ticket is required to attend our auctions, and cash and credit cards are accepted.

About the Auction
Our Historic Area auctions include historic reproductions, one-of-a-kind objects from Colonial Williamsburg, souvenirs, collectibles, folk art, jewelry, and so much more. You never know what we’ll have, but it’s sure to be something special you can only find here!
Auctions are held outdoors by the Market House and are free to attend. (See a map of the Historic Area here.) We accept cash and credit cards on site. Prices are as sold and exclude other offers and discounts. Auction items cannot be returned.
Auctions are weather-dependent and subject to cancellation. Call the John Greenhow store to check if the auction has been canceled due to weather: 757-229-1000 ext. 2804.
