One Child Center for Autism is a therapy based organization dedicated to serving children and families affected by Autism in the greater Williamsburg area. Founded in 2013, One Child is working to provide Applied Behavioral Analysis (ABA), Speech Language Pathology (to include social skills groups), and Counseling services to families regardless of financial circumstances. Currently, One Child is conducting Skill Builders: A LEGO® Social Skills Group. One Child aims to:

  • Promote the development of functional communication and social skills for children with Autism Spectrum Disorders (ASD) through an individualized collaborative approach of therapy interventions.
  • Provide access to evidence based theory practices for children with ASD without insurance or strained financial resources
  • Provide support and encouragement to the parents and siblings of a child with ASD
  • Promote increased awareness of ASD through education and collaboration in the greater Williamsburg community.
