United States residents can now order 4 free at-⁠home COVID-⁠19 tests using covidtests.gov. The newly-launched website allows residents to request up to 4 tests per valid residential address. The tests can be ordered online which links to an order form on USPS.com. The only information needed is your name and residential address. No other information is required.

These are the rapid antigen at-home tests and you will get the results within 30 minutes.
