Discover a breakthrough for unresolved chronic low back pain at Virginia iSpine Physicians’ upcoming Community Health Talk (free) with Michael DePalma, MD, Medical Director of Virginia iSpine Physicians!
If you have tried other treatments without success, this event is for you. Learn about the Intracept™ Procedure, a minimally invasive outpatient therapy that targets vertebrogenic pain by treating the nerves located inside the vertebrae of your spine.
Dr. DePalma was the first physician in Virginia to perform the Intracept procedure for low back pain over 10 years ago as Virginia iSpine Physicians was a site on the initial clinical trial evaluating this procedure. Since Dr. DePalma’s involvement on the study, the Intracept procedure has become commercially available and now has a procedure coverage code. Results from the study Dr. DePalma was involved in show a significant reduction in low back pain and disability after properly selected patients underwent treatment with Intracept.
