Jamestown Settlement presents the Taquitock Festival in partnership with the 11 state and federally recognized Virginia Indian Tribes on November 7, 2026, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m. with music, dance, games, art and films that celebrate Virginia Indigenous history and culture.
Callling Indigenous Artists!! Apply for booth space
Indigenous artists are encouraged to apply for booth space at the Taquitock Festival to display and sell their artwork. Artists working in all media may apply. The deadline to submit applications is October 31, 2026 at 5 p.m. EDT. Apply Here
The Taquitock Festival is included with admission to Jamestown Settlement.

The stories help reframe the Native experience through film by telling multifaceted and nuanced stories of indigenous history, culture and life in order to open conversations, dispel stereotypes and raise awareness of Indigenous characters. |
