Summer Nights Concert Series at Busch Gardens Williamsburg
Country duo, Maddie & Tae, opened the Summer Nights Concert Series at Busch Gardens Williamsburg on Saturday, June 17, 2023. The moment they walked out on the stage the crowd was captivated by their superb vocals, charm and fun-loving personality. They immediately sang a few songs then spoke to the crowd. They were down to earth, even apologizing for being a few minutes late, Maddie is 7 months pregnant which caused a wardrobe issue which Tae tried to repair, however in the end a new outfit was chosen. The Royal Palace is the perfect venue for an intimate concert, they even spoke directly to several audience members, one spectator asking Maddie where she got her boots, and if your curious too, they came from Amazon. There really isn’t a bad seat in the venue and its quite a sight to witness Griffon (one of the parks 9 roller coasters) drop over 200′ repeatedly throughout the evening. Make time in your summer schedule to catch a concert, you won’t be disappointed!
