Centerstage Academy is offering ten summer theatre camps this year. There’s something for everyone from ages 4 to 18, whether new to the stage or advanced performers.

MATILDA THE MUSICAL: (ages 8-18) This mainstage production about a special little girl and her extraordinary imagination will feature adult alumni and student performers! Final show-stopping performances will take place on a professional stage! July 27-August 16

BROADWAY BOOTCAMPS (ages 10-17): Campers learn legendary ensemble numbers from some of the greatest Broadway musicals and perform in a final showcase. Students spend the week honing their music and dance skills with a variety of shows and genres. Summer Session I: June 29-July 3 or Summer Session II: August 17-21

SEUSSICAL KIDS (ages 6-11): All your favorite Dr. Seuss characters spring to life onstage in Seussical KIDS, a fantastical musical extravaganza and unforgettable caper the entire family will love! This one-week, full-day camp brings everyone on stage for two culminating performances! July 13-18

MADAGASCAR KIDS (ages 6-11): Filled with outlandish characters, adventure galore and an upbeat score, Madagascar KIDS is based on the smash DreamWorks film and will leave audiences with no choice but to “Move It, Move It!” This one-week, full-day camp brings everyone on stage for two culminating performances! July 27-August 1

Disney’s HIGH SCHOOL MUSICAL JR (ages 10-17): Campers bring the show’s infectious, danceable songs to life on stage, engaging performers and audiences alike. This two-week, full-day camp brings everyone on stage for two culminating performances! July 13-25

ANNIE JR (ages 7-17): The irrepressible comic strip heroine takes NYC by storm in one of the world’s best-loved, award-winning musicals. With so many popular songs and many featured roles, this blockbuster hit will be a sell-out camp and show! July 6-11

WE ARE MONSTERS A Broadway Starz Camp (ages 6-10): A hilarious new musical that follows human kids into a monster cabaret filled with quirky monster characters, including vegetarian vampires and rock n’ roll werewolves. Campers discover the joy of theatre along with the importance of friendship and celebrating in the attributes that make each of us different and unique. July 20-24

JOURNEY OF THE NOBLE GNARBLE A Broadway Starz Camp (ages 6-10): This is the story of a little gnarble with a big dream, who tries to make it past doubting blyfish, sneaky subbalubbles, and hungry plinks on his way to the surface of the sea. Campers will make new theatre friends as they work together to bring this story of positivity and determination to their audience! July 6-10

VILLAIN CABARET Character Camp & Showcase (ages 10-18): What if the villains weren’t wrong … just misunderstood?! Campers explore iconic Disney villains and learn how strong characters are built from point of view, motivation and intention. Everyone chooses a villain and with guidance writes an original monologue explaining their character’s side of the story. The monologue leads directly into the villain’s song, which is performed in a final cabaret-style showcase. This camp is funny, creative and character-driven, while challenging performers to think deeply about perspective and storytelling through acting and music. July 13-17

​GOLDIE AND THE BEARS A Mini-Musical Production (ages 4-7): Kids explore music, singing, choreography and acting, while developing foundational skills and confidence. With costumes and sets, and a live audience filled with family and friends, these Young Performers will have an amazing adventure into the world of music theatre! July 27-31
