Consider diverse perspectives on political and societal elements of 18th-century life as people of the past gather near the Raleigh Tavern to tend to personal and professional businesses of the day.
On Sunday, Wednesday, and Friday, gather with the people of Williamsburg to discuss and consider the front-page news of July 26, 1776.
On Thursday and Saturday, Cornwallis’ army is moving through Williamsburg just a few months before the battle of Yorktown in 1781. Discover what this means for enslaved and free people of the city.
