Made exclusively for Williamsburg Whiskey & Wine Weekend, Kilkenny to the Highlands showcases four Barrel‑to‑Garden whiskey cocktails. Enjoy bright, herb-driven, and summer-forward cocktails, ranging from the herbaceous Thyme in Kilkenny Sour to the crisp Druid’s Garden Fizz, plus fruit-forward favorites like the Kilted Peach and Highlander’s Bramble.

From the kitchen, don’t miss our take on the Irish Spice Bag, a Dublin street food classic: crispy chicken, English chips, peppers & onions tossed in our Pub spice blend, served with rich curry sauce for pouring or dipping – a refined take on Ireland’s hottest street‑food sensation.
