Celebrate National Yoga Month by exploring the many benefits of yoga! This free four-week community series introduces a different style of yoga each week, giving participants the opportunity to discover the practice that best fits their interests and abilities. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to try something different, all ages and experience levels are welcome.
