Child Development Resources (CDR) Motherhood Program
If you are looking for Breastfeeding Support, Mother & Baby Class, and Infant Massage classes in Williamsburg, CDR is offering virtual programs so moms can connect during this time in their lives. Here is the current schedule:
Mondays: Baby Weigh Station/Feeding Consult by appointment
Fridays: 9:30 – 11:30 Virtual Breastfeeding (Plus!) Support Group
Saturdays: 10 – 11:30 Virtual Mother and Babies Class (see description below)
Weekly: Virtual Infant Massage Classes
Mothers and Babies class is designed for prenatal or postpartum moms.
Meet other moms and share typical challenges that mothers of newborns face
❖ Offer new and exciting wellness strategies to better handle stress
❖ Talk about infant milestones and learn how we can help our babies grow
❖ Hear about how postpartum depression and anxiety can impact our parenting
❖ Encourage a community of support in a confidential, warm and relaxed environment
❖ Recognize support systems and discover additional resources
❖ Share our successes and HAVE FUN!
