Welcome to Level 1 of our sewing club! This is perfect for beginners ready to dive into the world of sewing. Children will learn the ins and outs of sewing machines, mastering the art of threading and sewing straight lines. Through a series of guided projects, they’ll build confidence and proficiency while creating practical items like a drawstring bag and an appliqué pillow. Join us as we embark on a creative journey, laying the foundation for endless sewing adventures!

Join us for 4-week sessions of fun and creativity! Our after-school CLUB CREATE is perfect for kids ages 7-12 looking to explore their artistic side. Each week, we’ll dive into a new project, from painting and drawing to sculpting and crafting. Let’s get creative and have fun! Occasional add-on supplies will be required.

Adult Sewing: Gathered Skirt (2 sessions)

In this 2 day sewing course, you will learn how to create a beautiful gathered skirt in the custom length of your choosing. You will be guided step-by-step through the process of measuring and cutting your fabric to size, and then constructing your skirt. Along the way, you’ll learn essential sewing skills such as how to gather fabric, attach a waistband, and hem your garment. Bring 2 yds cotton fabric and 10″ zipper on first day of class. No patterns needed.

In this class, your child will learn their way around a sewing machine. They will learn how each part of the machine works, how to thread their machine, thread the bobbin, and how to start sewing.

Spooky Spectacular Halloween Party with Tabitha Sewer Studio
