Precarious Field Dayz – Music and Beer Festival on Lawn of Colonial Williamsburg Art Museum – Sat., Oct 23, 2021
On Saturday, October 23rd, Precarious Beer Project hosts the 3rd Annual “Field Dayz Fest”! A day of craft beer, food, music, and field days antics all wrapped up in a festival unlike any other!
Field Dayz is a Precarious throwback to the best day in middle school, Field Day! The event will run from 12:00pm – 5:00pm in beautiful Colonial Williamsburg, VA
DRINK: Field Dayz will combine over 20 of our region’s best craft breweries. Not a craft beer person? No worries, they have got you! They will have a few other local artisan beverage producers pouring at the event. Ample water stations will be available for free (duh!)
MUSIC: While you eat and drink, enjoy some amazing live entertainment! Tunes will be provided by two musical acts:
- Virginia Man is bringing the rock & roll grooves from 12:30pm – 2:30pm
- Teaze will make all your 80’s hair metal dreams come true from 3:00pm – 5:00pm
FOOD: Field Dayz Fest wouldn’t be complete without a selection of incredible food! Street style inspired bites will be offered by the Chefs from the Amber Ox Public House, Electric Circus Taco Bar, & The Bake Shop! Come hungry as this isn’t your typical “Craft Beer Festival Grub”!
GAMES: No field day is complete without games like Tetherball, Corn Hole and a few other’s we will keep secret to add a little fun and competition throughout the day! The gates open at 12:00pm for VIP Entrance and 1:00pm for General Admission.
This beer festival will feature beers from Precarious Beer Project (event organizer), as well as 20+ other breweries from both near and far. There is a zero tolerance policy for anyone acting a fool! You will be asked to leave without refund if you’re behavior is problematic. So just be cool, alright?
Where? Field Dayz will be held on the Lawns of the Colonial Williamsburg Art Museum, enjoy some amazing craft beer, bites, music and jovial antics, all to benefit the kids at CHKD!
Bring a Toy: A portion of every ticket sold, in addition to event raffle tickets and field day game entry fees will benefit the amazing people at the Children’s Hospital of The King’s Daughters (CHKD). In addition to taking donations, we are asking that all festival goers to bring a toy to donate for infants (0-12 months) as every other holiday toy drive collect toys for older children, and leaves the little ones high and dry! Last year we donated over $4,000 and 800+ toys!!! Let’s crush 2019, for 2021! Donations must be new and in their original packaging please! Donations are not required to enjoy the day’s festivities, only requested.
Kid Friendly?: This is a Craft Beer Festival designed for adult enjoyment. While kids are permitted, they must supervised 100% of the time while in attendance.
