Help Place Flags on Graves of Veterans

The City of Williamsburg invites the public to help place flags on the graves of veterans.
Join the Patrick Henry Chapter of the Disabled American Veterans, Rotary Club of James City County, Salvation Army of Williamsburg, Cedar Grove Historical Society, Williamsburg Daughters of the American Revolution, Ann Wager Chapter Daughters of the American Revolution, representatives from the City of Williamsburg Police and Fire Departments, veterans, and Greater Williamsburg residents as they place more than 600 flags in honor of Veterans.
Anyone interested should meet Caretaker Bill Brown at the flagpole in Cedar Grove Cemetery. Flags will be provided. For questions about the flag setting, contact Bill Brown at dbrown@williamsburgva.gov.
On Sunday, November 12 they will be picking up the flags at 9 AM.
