The Rivers & Roads Festival in Downtown Hopewell is your perfect Saturday escape! On September 13, from 1–6 PM, the streets of Hopewell come alive with live music, local eats, craft vendors, and family-friendly fun — all with free admission.
Live Music Lineup: Enjoy performances by Magnolia, Jonathan Paige Brown Jr., and Bordertown at the corner of Library and Cawson Street.
Beer Garden & Food Trucks: Sip local brews and savor bites from Hopewell’s best food trucks and restaurants.
Market & Makers: Shop handmade goods and fresh finds from the Hopewell Farmers Market and regional artisans.
Family Fun: Try fly fishing lessons, explore a giant inflatable kayak pool, tackle obstacle courses, and enjoy interactive art with Lamb Arts.
Celebrate the River: The festival honors Hopewell’s connection to the Appomattox and James Rivers with a weekend of waterfront and downtown festivities
