Yorktown Sounds of Summer at the Riverwalk – Thursdays Concerts 2026
Sounds of Summer Concerts starts Thursday May 21 with BJ Griffin!
📅Thursdays | May – Aug
🕞6:30 PM – 9 PM
📍Riverwalk Landing
Summer in Yorktown wouldn’t be summer without the sound of live music and dancing feet on the Riverwalk Landing every Thursday night. This annual outdoor concert series is free and open to the public and runs from May through August. Each show runs 6:30 to 9 p.m. and the lineup features an eclectic mix of Beach Music, Motown, Pop, and R&B.
Come early and get your favorite spot on the grassy field in front of the performance stage. Don’t forget to bring chairs, blankets, coolers and dancing shoes. Alcohol is permitted but only within the designated concert area. If you need a bite to eat – there are plenty of options. Historic Yorktown’s restaurants offer take-out options including brick oven pizzas, loaded burgers, wraps, sushi… and ice cream. A rotating food truck also parks on the field to offer quick and tasty to-go meals and snacks.
