AuthorCon II three-day convention focuses on some of the best and brightest authors in the business. What is Scares that Care? Scares That Care mission each year, is to raise $30,000 to present $10,000 each to THREE families.
- A family with a sick child
- a member battling breast cancer
- someone who has suffered burns
Scares that Care is an all volunteer organization and all net proceeds go directly to the families they support. 2023 will be the ninth year Scares for Cares has been raising money for individuals and families who are experiencing hardships as a result of their medical conditions.
