Thanksgiving Day Buffet at Traditions

The experience begins with a complimentary tableside grazing board, followed by a seasonal selection of comforting soups, fresh salads, and classic holiday entrées designed to capture the warmth and flavor of the season.

The menu features roasted thanksgiving turkey with mushroom, sausage and onion stuffing, turkey pan gravy, orange cranberry relish, blackened salmon, cheddar stone ground grits with crawfish stew and smoked pepper cream sauce. At the chef’s carving station, diners can enjoy smoked garlic and herb-studded prime rib with au jus and horseradish cream.

Traditional sides such as roasted garlic whipped potatoes and bacon brussels sprout green bean casserole complement the main courses, while a decadent dessert display offers apple pie bread pudding, pumpkin pie, pecan pie, and other seasonal favorites.
