757swim Introduces NEW Early Morning Swim Lessons – Sign Up Today!

Morning Swim Lessons

Safety is a top priority as well as individual instruction so there is only a 3-to-1 swimmer-to-instructor ratio.

Swimming before school helps improve attention and focus. Frees afternoons for other activities.

757swim will begin registering for the next session of swim lessons on September 20 (returning families) and September 27 (new families). Next session runs October 12 – 28 from 7:45 – 8:15 am and 8:15 – 8:45 am on Mondays and Wednesdays.

Adaptive Swim Lessons Designed for Every Swimmer

Now registering for Sunday lessons which run from October 4 – 25. See a list of available classes.

Instructors want to help every child learn to swim in a way that meets their unique needs. Instructors have undergone advanced training through the multi-level Swim Whisperers Certification Program, a nationally recognized adaptive aquatics training program.

This specialized program equips instructors with proven strategies to address and overcome the underlying challenges that some swimmers face, including:

  • Anxiety or fear of water
  • Autism
  • Sensory sensitivities
  • Physical difficulties
  • Past trauma
  • Discomfort in the water

Through this approach, instructors can help swimmers build confidence, feel safe and make real progress. Whether your swimmer is working through sensory challenges, overcoming fear, or benefits from a more individualized approach, certified instructors will meet them where they are.
