We have a spot left for you in the class, but they are going fast and there’s not much time left! You will get the fundamentals down that you need to learn to participate in a flow class (those are REALLY fun!)
We will teach you safety, decompression, wraps, and easy inversions, and since there will be such a small number of people permitted in class, that means LOTS of personal attention.
