Historical Clothing Shop Tour for Members of JYF
Step inside the historical clothing shop at Jamestown Settlement for an immersive experience with the apparel artists on the Experience Design team.
In this unique, hands-on program, you can pick up garments, feel fabrics, explore materials, and get an up-close look at the craftsmanship that brings 17th- and 18th-century Virginia to life.
Discover how this skilled crew researches, designs and handcrafts the garments worn by more than 100 interpreters across our two museums. It’s a chance to experience history in a way few ever do — right at the heart of where it’s made.
Registration is required and is only for members of the Jamestown Yorktown Foundation. Want to be a member? Memberships start at just $65 for an individual!
