- 11-11:45 a.m.- Welcome/Presentation of Colors/Pledge of Allegiance National Athem/Patriotic Song Selection
- 11:45 a.m.-12:45 p.m. – Keller Musical Services
- 1-1:15 p.m. – Colonial Williamsburg Fife & Drum (march through event grounds)
- 1:15-2 p.m. – Newport News Police Pipes & Drums
- 2:15-3 p.m. – 380th Army Reserve Band/DoG Street Brass Band
