Explore the musical legacy of five local singers who recorded a gospel album just over 70 years ago. These talented men captured a moment in time and at this special event their legacy will be brought to the stage. With rich context and history from Hope Wright, you’ll hear the voices of the Quintet from the past and experience their music brought to life in 2026 by the 3 Tenors and Company. These songs of worship and praise have been a part of Sunday mornings in Black churches for centuries and they continue to be sung today. Join us as we celebrate these musical pioneers.
