WATA Offers Free Fare on Election Day

November 4 from 6 am – 7 pm

WATA is providing free fares for its fixed route and paratransit services for the general election on November 4th, 2025!

To help voters using public transportation, WATA has prepared a list of bus stops that are closest to polling locations within its service area.

City of Williamsburg

• Williamsburg Community Building, 401 North Boundary St. – Get off at the
  Williamsburg Transportation Center (3 Minute Walk)
• Williamsburg United Methodist Church, 500 Jamestown Rd. – Get off at Stop 1600 –
  Jamestown Rd at Lemon Hall on Route 6 and 8 (4 Minute Walk)
  York County
