After serving in senior financial leadership roles, including Controller and CFO, she founded Solution Solvers, Inc. on Valentine’s Day in 2014 with one mission: help small business owners stop stressing about taxes and start keeping more of what they earn. Janet is known for solving complex financial problems with practical, down-to-earth advice that business owners can actually use.

Haley Tapia joined Solution Solvers in 2021 and brings a genuine passion for helping individuals and families navigate the often-confusing world of taxes. She believes tax planning isn’t just about numbers…it’s about giving people greater peace of mind and helping them keep more of what they’ve worked so hard to earn. Haley enjoys making complicated tax topics easier to understand, proving that even taxes can come with a little joy.
