William & Mary’s 5th Annual Juneteenth Celebration

Parking: Available at the Zable Stadium lot
Admission: Free for both the campus and local community
Celebrate Juneteenth with a day of reflection, art, and community at William & Mary. The event begins at 10:15 a.m. with a welcome ceremony, greetings from local leaders, and a look at the history and significance of Juneteenth. Enjoy lunch and refreshments before performances by dancer Tracy Holmes Parrott, artist Steve Prince, and Williamsburg Poet Laureate Lacroy “Atlas” Nixon. Attendees can also participate in hands-on workshops, including quilt square creation and poetry/stage writing. Vendors and exhibitors will be available throughout the event on the main floor.
