What is GSA – Girls Sports Academy in Williamsburg?
Girls deserve the best training environment possible to thrive in sports and in life. At Girls Sports Academy (GSA), they focus on “Building the Girl” by tailoring their training to support girls wherever they are on their developmental journey. Girls will play between 5-10 sports in a given session to build different muscle groups while simultaneously learning proper mechanics and technical/tactical knowledge. Did you know that….

GSA works by building confidence, knowledge on how to build a long-term healthy lifestyle, building a growth mindset through goal-setting and personal accountability, building work ethic, building risk taking by having girls try new sports or challenging them to push the boundaries with existing sports, building resiliency by overcoming failure or difficulty, building competitors, and building friendships.
Summer Camps 2024
Build the Girl Retreat
Date: July 12th – 14th
Ages: 8-15
Girls Sports Academy and Jamestown 4H partner to offer a one-of-a-kind experience for girls to work on building strength, resilience and friendship. Join us for cabins, canoes, s’mores, and fun! Overnight with a commuter option available on Saturday. Details and pictures HERE.
GSA Camps: 10 Sports in 5 Weeks
Date: July 8-August 8 (Tuesday/Thursday Nights)
Ages: Rising 2nd grade-6th grade, beginner or limited Girls Sports Academy
Time: 5:30-7:30pm

Date: July 10th – August 7th (Wednesday Night Only)
Time: 5 – 6:30 pm: 3rd grade-4th grade
6:30-8 pm: 5th-7th grade
Included: Sports: Soccer, Field Hockey, Basketball, Tennis/PB
