Update 4/30/24: All REC Connect Elementary Summer Camp locations are FULL, and a waitlist is available. Spaces are still available at the Middle School Teens On Point (T.O.P) Summer Camp held at James Blair Middle School. JCC Parks and Recreation REC Connect and T.O.P Summer Camps

Looking for a fun full-day summer camp for your child? REC Connect and T.O.P youth and teen programs offer educational opportunities, exciting field trips and a variety of fun recreational activities. Check out the Spring/Summer Destination Recreation brochure for more information.

Registration is now being accepted for James City County and Williamsburg residents. Registrations are taken on a first come, first-served basis according to space availability.

To register stop by and pick up the application packet at any Payment Center or print from 2024-2025 REC Connect Registration Packet (PDF) and 2024-2025 T.O.P Registration Packet (PDF). Questions call the REC Connect Info Line at 757-259-3170.

• 5-10 (must have completed Kindergarten)

Hours of Operation

• June 17 – Aug. 16, 2024 (program closed on June 19 & July 4)
• Monday through Friday, 7 a.m.-6 p.m.

Fees:

• Part-time (3 days or less): $105/week, includes field trip fees
• Full-time (4 or 5 days): $125/week, includes field trip fees. $10 discount available for second and subsequent children in the same family attending full time (cannot be combined with any other discounts). Call the James City County Recreation Center at 757- 259-4200, option 0 to pay with sibling discount.

T.O.P

T.O.P program features games, crafts, community service, crafts, mentoring and much more!

• 10-14 (10-year-olds going into the 5th grade may register for REC Connect or T.O.P Summer Camp, rising 6th grade must register for T.O.P Summer Camp)
