Snow Days are the BEST but once the excitement wears off and Frosty is standing in the front yard the days tend to get long. Never fear here is our list of ‘Snow Much Fun’ in the ‘Burg to keep your kids (and you) from climbing the walls.
- Ice Skating at Liberty’s Ice Pavilion in Colonial Williamsburg.
- The Art Museum of Colonial Williamsburg now has FREE ADMISSION!!!
- Jamestown Yorktown Settlement – Remember local residence get in free.
- American Revolution Museum at Yorktown – Remember local residence get in free.
- The Library We have two locations and both have great events and play / reading spaces. Visit their calendar.
- Tabitha Sewer Studio – Did you know you can drop in? They have a Maker Lab, where you can chose from a number of fun and cool projects. Inside the Maker Lab, visitors will find a rotating lineup of trendy, social-media-inspired craft experiences designed for all ages. Here’s a peek at what’s on the menu
- Paint on Pottery: Choose from coffee mugs, piggy banks, figurines, candle holders, and seasonal items (make a Christmas gift) and paint them. Their staff is on hand to answer any questions and they will fire the items and have them ready for pick up in about a week!
- Movie Tavern & Regal Movies in New Town – perfect chance to catch the latest block buster ….etc!
- Mariners Museum & Park – $1 Admission for all! This is a wonderful museum and you cannot beat the price.
- Don’t forget your Good Neighbor Pass gets you a discount on ice skating for all ages on week days AND free admission to CW! (Kids under 6 get free admission to CW)
