Join the Washington Rochambeau Revolutionary Route Association – W3R for a special afternoon honoring the 301st birthday of General Rochambeau, and the completion of the Virginia W3R/WARO route-redesign project from Arlington to Yorktown and Dejarnette to Gloucester!
