The Application Systems Analyst / Senior Analyst (level based on experience and qualifications) supports and leads enterprise-level projects while advising leadership on technical strategy. This role designs, implements, and optimizes the Foundation’s business systems and serves as a key liaison between Colonial Williamsburg’s business units, stakeholders, and vendors. The Analyst/Senior Analyst provides advanced problem-solving, process review, and implementation support, including automation using scripting or development skills.

The Associate Director of Gift Documentation & Compliance serves as the primary operational expert responsible for the accurate and compliant creation, review, finalization, and distribution of restricted charitable gift commitment documentation for Colonial Williamsburg Foundation. Reporting directly to the Associate Vice President of Development Services, with a dotted reporting line to the Senior Philanthropic Advisor, this tactical role ensures strict adherence to institutional Gift Acceptance Policy, Council for Advancement and Support of Education (CASE) standards, Virginia’s Uniform Prudent Management of Institutional Funds Act (UPMIFA), and Internal Revenue Service (IRS) regulations.

The Senior Call Center Manager provides leadership for a high-volume reservations operation that generates approximately $7M annually and accounts for 36% of total room revenue. Because Rooms revenue is a primary driver of the organization’s financial performance, this role is accountable for optimizing conversion, staffing, and service standards while delivering a consistently high-quality guest experience. The Senior Manager oversees day-to-day operations, leads and develops their team, and partners with Revenue Management and Operations to align demand, staffing, and performance. This role plays a key part in ensuring the call center remains a reliable, efficient, and growth-oriented revenue channel.

The Digital Asset Specialist is a key member of the Media Collections team supporting the John D. Rockefeller Jr. Library. This position is responsible for the organization, stewardship, and accessibility of the Foundation’s digital media assets through the Digital Asset Management (DAM) system. Working closely with the Media Collections Manager and Photographer/Digital Imaging Specialist, the role supports digitization initiatives, metadata standards, and best practices for digital preservation. The Digital Asset Specialist partners with internal and external stakeholders to ensure accurate ingestion, cataloging, and retrieval of digital assets, helping expand access to and long-term preservation of Colonial Williamsburg’s visual and documentary collections.

The Regional Philanthropy Officer will primarily be responsible for contacting major gift prospects for qualification to move them through the discovery pipeline over the next several years. The role will also be responsible for renewing and upgrading existing donors at the leadership levels of the CW Fund ($5k+), while encouraging these donors to make a major or planned gift in support of the mission and priorities of the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation. The Regional Philanthropy Officer will be expected to develop a robust major gift portfolio by the end of year two of the incumbent’s tenure in the position.

The Senior AV Technician manages the setup, operation, maintenance, and modification of sound, lighting, rigging, projection, and related technical systems for stage productions, films, meetings, and events at the Kimball Theatre. Responsibilities include recording, amplifying, mixing, and reproducing sound for live performances, film productions, and recordings to ensure high-quality presentations. The role also supports the Kimball Theatre Manager with day-to-day operations.

The Production Manager oversees the end-to-end print production process for magazines and books, ensuring all materials are prepared and delivered on time to commercial printing partners. This role collaborates closely with editors, designers, and external clients to manage production timelines, integrate special design and print specifications, and resolve workflow issues. The Production Manager maintains graphic assets, provides non-editorial support to editorial staff, and offers occasional design assistance. Additionally, this role manages vendor relationships, researches new printing technologies and vendors, and keeps stakeholders informed throughout the production cycle.

This critical role is primarily responsible for seamless operational and administrative support for the Development division through assisting senior division leaders. Key responsibilities include coordinating a myriad of projects and serving as the primary individual for ensuring accurate and timely submission and documentation of related purchase orders, invoices, and requisitions across the entire division, in addition to managing requests for system access.
